Seeing You Disappear

2023

Digital video, 12′ 27”.

Presented at the exhibition “Water Nocturne”, at Bombon Projects (Barcelona), from November 16, 2023 to January 19, 2024, and within the framework of the Loop Festival.

“Seeing you disappear” is a letter on the Seine River. After spending four months studying it, going to its sources, tracing its route and visiting its mouth, the author realizes that it is impossible to know the beginning and the end of this river. This leads her to think about human life and death and the idea of eternal return.
